We were lucky enough to be invited to one of the pool C early matches as the guests of our honeymooning friends Dawn and Andrew! (see: www.dawnandpross.com) England edged out Samoa 35-22 in a pulsating clash at the MelbourneTelstra Dome on the Sunday night. It took a piece of Jonny Wilkinson magic late in the second half to snuff out the Pacific Islanders' challenge.
